We’d like to nominate Naomi Booth Wade, Research Analyst at Chatter Communications.
She’s been at Chatter for almost 2 years now and has been a huge asset to every member of the team, always ensuring our client work, EVPs’, propositions, and values are backed by evidence and data.
Beyond this, she’s been single-handedly managing the Employer Brand team since her line manager went on maternity leave this past year and before our new Employer Brand consultant joined the team. She’s helped achieve massive success across a range of clients including Flutter UKI and Team17.
She is a great collaborator but also performs well independently and has always overcome challenges with a smile on her face and great results!
