Most AI training leaves people energised in the room and then watches those changes quietly fade. New habits do not get embedded, and a few months later the tools are being used at roughly the same level as before. The problem is almost never motivation or skill. It is that the practice was not built into the structure of how someone actually works. The final session in the WIA x Swell AI Share & Learn series is designed to solve that. Rather than a reflection on what has been covered, it is a working session where each participant builds a personalised action plan during the session itself.
What to expect
- A 60-minute guided working session facilitated by Judit Brand, founder of Swell AI
- Structured time to build a personalised AI habits plan specific to how you actually work
- A group conversation drawing on what has genuinely changed across the series and what has not yet shifted
- 10 participants maximum so there is real space to work through individual situations
What you will learn
- A personalised AI habits document you build during the session, specific to your role and working style
- The difference between AI habits that stick and ones that fade, and what makes that difference
- A realistic picture of where a properly embedded AI practice could take your agency in the next twelve months
- The accountability structures that help people maintain new ways of working when the pressure of BAU returns
What to bring
Think about what has actually changed in how you work since you started engaging with AI, and what has not shifted yet. Coming in with an honest view of both will make the working session more useful. If you have been part of earlier sessions in the series, bring your reflections on what stuck and what did not.
