INTRODUCTION
Most agencies have adopted an AI tool. Most are getting a fraction of what that tool is capable of, because the setup that makes it perform consistently simply has not been done. There are no system prompts, no house style built in, no shared conventions across the team. Everyone is doing their own thing and getting inconsistent results. This session is about fixing the foundations. Judit opens with a live demo of a properly configured AI workspace, then the session opens up and the group works through what their own setups look like and what one change would make the biggest difference this week.
What to expect
- A 60-minute working session facilitated by Judit, founder of Swell AI
- A live demo of a properly configured AI workspace: system prompts, embedded house style and shared team conventions
- An open group discussion about what your current setup actually looks like and where it is costing you
- 10 participants maximum so there is time to get into the specifics of what different agencies are dealing with
What you will learn
- Where your current AI setup is losing you time and consistency, and what to do about it
- How to build your agency’s house style and tone into your tools so outputs are consistent without constant editing
- Shared prompting conventions you can bring back to your team and start using immediately
- A practical checklist for getting more value from tools you already have
What to bring
Think about what your current AI setup actually looks like before you arrive. Do you have system prompts set up? Is there a shared convention across your team, or is everyone working differently? Coming in with a clear picture of where you are will make the session more useful for you.
