Jodie Brookton

Jodie Brookton has spent the last 14 years working in agencies of all shapes and sizes, from start-ups and independents through to global networks like Publicis Groupe. She’s worked with brands including Disney, LVMH, PSG and Greenpeace, and helped double the revenue of a small independent agency. Outside of work, she’s a true crime enthusiast and a big supporter & player of women’s football.

Bethan Rainford

Bethan Rainford is General Manager of Vervaunt, a London-based eCommerce consultancy and performance marketing agency. With over a decade of experience across the performance marketing industry, Bethan has worked with leading global brands including Dr. Martens, Champion, The Body Shop, and Mulberry.
Having joined Vervaunt at its inception almost eight years ago, Bethan has played a key role in growing the agency into one of the most respected names in eCommerce. As General Manager, she focuses on operationalising Vervaunt’s vision, aligning commercial growth with organisational health. She builds the internal structures that balance scalability with profitability, ensuring sustainable success for both the agency and the brands it works with.
