Most agencies have experimented with AI tools. Very few have had a conversation about what those tools are doing for their business. This first session in the WIA x Swell AI Share & Learn series is the space for that conversation. Judit, founder of Swell AI, facilitates a peer discussion grounded in where the group actually is right now: what people have tried, what has worked, what hasn’t, and what they haven’t quite got around to yet. She opens the session with a live before-and-after on a real agency workflow, then the floor opens up. What comes out of this session also shapes the five that follow.
What to expect
- A 60-minute peer conversation facilitated by Judit, founder of Swell AI
- A live before-and-after demo on a real agency workflow to open the session
- An open group discussion about where everyone in the room actually is with AI right now
- 10 participants maximum so the conversation stays useful and honest
What you will learn
- A clearer picture of where your agency sits relative to others working through the same questions
- Practical starting points that are specific to your type of work and where you are right now
- How the five remaining sessions in the series will be shaped around what emerges in this one
What to bring
Come ready to talk about where you are. You do not need to have figured anything out. The value of this session is in the conversation, and that only works if people are willing to say what is actually going on.
