Bria joined the Bespoke HR year as a placement student during her Business Management degree in 2019. Her commitment and passion for HR was evident from the very beginning. After the completion of her MSc in Management (International Management) she returned to us with an even greater depth of knowledge and skill. So much so that she received a very well deserved promotion to Junior HR Consultant within just 6 months!
Working alongside our HR Consultants, Bria is an invaluable asset to the team, providing vital support across a range of industries and HR services. Her dedication and contribution to the Bespoke HR team truly deserves recognition. She is known among the team for her reliability, professionalism, knowledge and insights she brings to each and every project.
Her success is not only reflected in her individual achievements and delivering results for our clients, but also in her collaborative approach and continued contributions to the success of the overall Bespoke HR team.
When we asked Bria why she chose to take a University Degree with a placement year, she explained that she wanted to find a way to stand out among other graduates with such a high level of competition. We can safely say, she has done just that and we are delighted she is part of our team and are very proud of her achievements. We are confident that she will continue to thrive in her role and are lucky to have her on board.
