From the Founder

Women in Agencies exists to close the gender gap in agency leadership by creating a supportive, connected community where ambitious women can learn, grow, and reach their potential.

As the founder of a digital marketing agency, I’ve seen how powerful peer support can be. Learning from others in the industry, sharing experiences, challenges, and opportunities accelerates growth and makes agency life more sustainable (and enjoyable!). Agencies and individuals don’t thrive in isolation; they grow through strong relationships and shared knowledge.

Women continue to face structural barriers in the agency world, from being underrepresented at senior levels and a feeling of lack of access to find ’their tribe’. That’s why creating this space matters. Women in Agencies is a place to champion success, ask questions, share openly, and learn without judgement or bravado, supported by people who understand the realities of agency life.

While our focus is on empowering women, we’re committed to diversity and inclusion, and our community is open to everyone who supports our mission.
